We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team in Marbella. As a Beauty Expert, you will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs. You will be driven by the enthusiasm of achieving your goals and giving your best self. You will understand your impact and how vital your role is. You will be able to adapt to changes at the last minute and be a true support to your leaders and colleagues alike.
You will defend the art of high-quality artistic makeup and provide an impeccable customer experience. You will be an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and want to share your knowledge with all customers. You will be passionate about Charlotte Tilbury's makeup looks and be able to recreate the magic for your clients, as well as offer advice and guidance. You will take pride in knowing that your clients come back to you.
You will follow the company's personal care standards to the letter: you will know what looks good and won't be afraid to show it.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in an accelerated environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. They will aspire to be part of our revolutionary beauty brand that continues to grow. They will love everything related to Charlotte Tilbury and won't be afraid to spread the word. Ideally, they will have experience in makeup application and be able to adapt their style to different clients with different needs. They will defend positivity and think limitlessly, making their energy shine.
