Job Title: Mitarbeiter operative Logistik (alle Geschlechter)
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our supply chain management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the internal automated material handling system, including the driverless transport system and shelving equipment, using visualization, recognition, analysis, and correction of errors and faulty transports.
- Identify and correct errors and faulty transports, replace defective components (electrical, mechanical).
- Process incoming goods and outgoing shipments as needed.
- Operate all installed technology in the warehouse area (forklifts, palletizers, stretchers, pallet washers, cleaning machines, vacuum lifters, etc.).
- Flexible switching between control room, material handling, and goods receipt/shipping processing, according to workload and assignment by supervisor.
- Maintain and service the material handling equipment and used equipment.
- Comply with all pharmaceutical regulations (GxP) and health and safety regulations (HSE).
Requirements:
- Completed training as a logistics specialist or 3-year technical training with experience in working with automated material handling systems.
- Good understanding of GxP and HSE.
- Ability to take responsibility for completing tasks.
- Familiarity with IT systems for goods receipt processing, in-house transportation, shipping processing, SAP, Windows Office package.
- Understanding of plant control systems.
- Flexible availability in a 3-shift system is not a problem.
- Willingness and ability to develop further.
- Very good knowledge of German language in writing and speaking, English language skills complete the profile.
