As our new Quality Management Engineer (ISO 9001), you will take ownership of our Quality Management System, support ISO certifications and ensure that our processes meet the highest standards required for world-class motorsport and high-performance engineering.

Responsibilities
Maintain, develop and steer our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, including certification activities Plan, coordinate and execute internal audits, including communication with all relevant stakeholders Support audit preparation and follow up non-conformities through structured non-conformity management Analyse processes, identify root causes and drive sustainable improvement measures across departments Create, update and refine QMS documentation, workflows and quality procedures Act as a quality ambassador, supporting teams with guidance, moderation and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical qualification Several years of experience in quality management systems, ideally as Quality Management Representative or in a similar role Strong understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and audit practices; audit certification is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders across the organisation Structured, self-driven and analytical working style with confidence in moderating discussions Fluent English; German skills are an advantage but not required
