Description

We're Sandbox VR, the most advanced virtual reality experience in the world. Our mission is to bring people closer together through world-class immersive adventures,whether that’s surviving a zombie apocalypse or battling on the high seas.

As a Guest Experience Host, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable guest moments. This includes greeting guests with energy and inviting them into an exciting, welcoming environment, guiding guests through the VR journey: arrival, gearing up, gameplay, and wrap-up, and proactively sharing offers (F&B, repeat visits, gift cards) to boost engagement.

You will also be a Tech & Experience Expert, mastering our proprietary tech and keeping gear calibrated, troubleshooting issues smoothly and providing real-time, light-hearted updates to guests, and communicating with management and tech support when issues arise, clearly and quickly.

Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping things running smoothly by maintaining a spotless, high-energy store that meets Sandbox VR standards, sanitizing gear thoroughly and displaying materials/gift cards to brand expectations, and preparing iPads, body trackers, and gear before and after every session.

We are looking for someone who is egoless & coachable, adaptable & proactive, team-focused, reliable, physically able, and has weekend availability. Experience in retail/hospitality is preferred.
