We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an incredible guest experience, maximizing store profitability, building and developing store staff, and managing and overseeing safety programs.
Our ideal candidate is an early adopter of new technologies, with a strong customer service and hospitality background. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to drive business results through operational strategies.
As a leader in our retail store, you will be responsible for:

- Maximizing occupancy and revenue through local marketing efforts
- Building and developing store staff, including hiring, supervising, and training
- Managing and overseeing safety protocols and policies

Requirements
- 4+ years of supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment
