Senior Consultant Specialist (AI Platforms Tester)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist (AI Platforms Tester).

Principal Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the performance testing strategy for AI Platform services, including benchmarking, capacity validation, scalability testing, endurance testing, and bottleneck analysis.
• Define, maintain, and continuously improve performance baselines, quality gates, and release readiness criteria.
• Design and implement robust automation frameworks for API, service, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyse performance test results, identify system constraints, and provide actionable recommendations to improve platform reliability and scalability.
• Establish testing standards, reusable frameworks, best practices, and governance for AI platform quality engineering.
• Support test planning and validation for new AI platform capabilities, including LLM services, model-serving APIs, orchestration services, retrieval/search capabilities, and integration layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess release risks and provide quality insights for production readiness decisions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in QA engineering, performance testing, and test automation, ideally in enterprise-scale platforms or complex distributed systems.
• Proven hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as AutoCannon, JMeter, Gatling, Locust, k6, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong automation experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience designing performance test scenarios, workload models, SLAs/SLOs, throughput targets, latency metrics, and capacity benchmarks.
• Demonstrates an AI-native mindset, applying AI-driven approaches to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.
• Experienced in leveraging coding assistants (e.g., AI pair-programming tools) to accelerate software development, enhance code quality, and support engineering best practices.
