Front Desk Host for The Goodwood Hotel

We're seeking a Front Desk Host to join our team at The Goodwood Hotel, located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside.

As a Front Desk Host, you'll be the friendly face that greets our guests, checks them in and out, and helps them discover everything the Estate has to offer.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Check-in and check-out guests
• Help guests discover the Estate's offerings, including spa days and flying experiences

Requirements

• Natural flair for customer service and a love for working with people
• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in hospitality or leisure
• Great communication and IT skills
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (a bonus, not essential)

Shift Pattern

• 40 hours per week, covering shifts (5 out of 7 days)
• Early: 7am – 3:30pm
• Late: 2:30pm – 11pm
• Day shifts
