Beauty Expert

We are seeking a part-time Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Hamburg. As a Beauty Expert, you will play a key role in driving our business forward and exceeding customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Increasing our KPIs and consistently meeting targets
• Converting customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors
• Providing excellent customer service and embodying our brand style
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• A passion for Charlotte Tilbury and the ability to represent our brand
• Ideally, experience as a make-up artist
• A positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset
• A good level of German language proficiency
