Recruiter (Paris, France)

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

As a full-cycle recruiter, you will play a critical role in scaling and developing the EMEA Figmate population.

This is a full-time role that can be held from our Paris hub on a hybrid basis.

What you'll do at Figma:

• Run full-cycle recruiting processes for our Business and Go-to-Market teams
• Partner with business stakeholders and executives across global teams, primarily focusing on EMEA
• Source and build a healthy, representative pipeline while effectively managing inbound pipelines
• Use data to shape your hiring strategy and communicate insights to partners that drive meaningful change
• Develop and create sourcing strategies to engage passive talent, including cold outreach, events, and content production
• Be a champion of Figma's values and ensure they are at the forefront of your work
• Seek opportunities to actively contribute to business improvement, which in turn improves our overarching hiring strategy
• Orchestrate initiatives relating to belonging, equity, and inclusion (BEI)

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth business with a presence across the EMEA region, partnering with VP-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape, including key competitors and market dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and format based on audience
• Demonstrated ability to engage and excite top talent, with a track record of building enthusiasm for new opportunities
• Sophisticated approach to developing a hiring strategy, such as sourcing, representative talent attraction, and stakeholder engagement/management
• Native or fluency in French
