Description
We're seeking a talented Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations to join our team to drive insights and serve as an operational leader and strategic thought partner. Reporting to the Vice President - Finance, Analytics, and Business Operations, this role will serve as a critical driver of our most important strategic initiatives, combining deep analytical rigor with exceptional communication skills to influence decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
You will lead the development of strategic frameworks and analyses that inform critical business decisions and long-term planning. You will author high-quality papers and business review documents for senior leadership and executive audiences. You will conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify growth opportunities, operational efficiencies, and competitive positioning. You will translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
Program & Project Management
You will own end-to-end execution of high-priority, cross-functional priority initiatives. You will drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. You will establish clear success metrics, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. You will build and maintain project plans, timelines, and communication cadences for executive visibility.
Data Analysis & Insights
You will perform sophisticated data analysis using various analytical tools and methodologies to uncover business insights. You will design and build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making. You will synthesize data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. You will present findings in compelling, executive-ready formats with clear narratives and visualizations.
Leadership & Influence
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on strategic and operational matters. You will build strong relationships across the organization to drive collaboration and alignment. You will mentor and develop junior team members on analytical approaches and strategic thinking. You will represent the team in high-visibility forums and executive meetings.
