Description
We are seeking a Clinic Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for developing and growing the clinic, providing exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes, and managing the clinic's operations and finances. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing staff, maintaining relationships with medical directors and other key physicians, and promoting the clinic's commitment to care and increasing patient referrals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to grow the clinic and improve patient outcomes
- Managing the clinic's operations, including scheduling, treatments, and productivity
- Managing the clinic's finances, including budgeting and financial decision-making
- Hiring and managing staff, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists
- Maintaining relationships with medical directors and other key physicians
- Promoting the clinic's commitment to care and increasing patient referrals
The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, 5+ years of experience in physical therapy, and a proven track record of exceptional patient care. They will also be dedicated to education and training, and committed to Team's initiative of making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority.
