FBS Logistics Operator

Our Client, a leading US insurer, seeks a Logistics Operator to support daily depot operations. You will manage inventory, ship and receive IT equipment, stage devices, and track assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and maintain accurate asset records
• Receive, inspect, store, and ship IT equipment and materials
• Stage, image, and configure devices for deployment
• Test hardware and peripherals to ensure proper functionality
• Perform basic troubleshooting for devices and peripherals
• Process equipment returns and support warranty-related activities
• Update asset information and work orders in designated systems
• Support deployment, fulfillment, and refresh projects
• Conduct inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow operational procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe depot environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in depot operations, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or IT asset handling
• Experience working with IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, monitors, and docking stations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
