Housekeeping Operative

ABM UK is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Operative to join their team at Cotswold Designer Outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and controlling cleaning operations and waste management within their designated area.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing housekeeping duties such as cleaning, hoovering, mopping, and toilet cleaning
• Maintaining high standards of cleaning and attention to detail
• Following company policies and procedures
• Reporting any deficiencies in systems of work or equipment
• Using personal protective equipment (PPE) properly
• Communicating effectively with the team and management

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance role (though not essential)
• Understanding of how to use PPE
• Ability to follow company policies and safety regulations
• Good attention to detail and excellent timekeeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The role involves working full-time on Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 19:00, with two additional days in the week. The pay rate is £13.24 per hour.
