Microsoft AI is building a new Education team within Consumer Copilot, and we’re looking for a passionate Fullstack Education Engineer to help us revolutionize how people learn. This is a unique opportunity to join a brand-new product team at the forefront of AI innovation. You’ll design, build, and scale personalized, intelligent, and delightful learning experiences and systems ,from elegant web interfaces to secure, performant backend services powering AI-driven education features across iOS, Android, and web.

By applying to this U.S. Mountain View, CA position, you are required to be local to the San Francisco area and in office 4 days a week. Starting January 26, 2026, MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S., country-specific) of that location. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
