Retail Artist - Kildare Village

We are seeking a Retail Artist to join our team at Kildare Village on a part-time, fixed-term contract until January 2027.

As a Retail Artist, you will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best. You will be a team player, adapting to change at the last minute and supporting your managers and colleagues.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Championing the art of world-class artistry and providing an impeccable customer experience
• Recreating Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks and offering advice and guidance to customers
• Following company grooming standards and displaying excellent product knowledge
• Working flexibly on a shift basis, including early and late shifts

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand
