FBS Sr Solution Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned FBS Sr Solution Engineer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Sr Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives.

In this position, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, efficient solutions that support complex business initiatives. You will provide systems-level views of technology and devise technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering technology solutions that meet business needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical teams to understand and address complex initiatives
• Leading multiple technical projects simultaneously and prioritizing solution engineering efforts across teams and initiatives
• Ensuring technology delivery is successful within lines of business and across the enterprise
• Managing non-functional requirements and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Acting as a servant leader for the solution and ensuring Agile Release Trains operate effectively
• Developing and refining technical designs to meet business requirements for complex solutions
• Collaborating with developers, Agile Release Trains, and DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Engaging with quality assurance teams to validate that technical solutions meet performance and reliability standards
• Maintaining technical documentation for solutions and making updates as architecture or functionality changes
• Continuously learning to stay current with trends and technologies in solution engineering

Requirements:

• 9-12 years of total experience
• 9-12 years of relevant experience
• Must have skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and End-to-End design experience
• Experience with Gen AI and GCP is a plus
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, SDLC, and enterprise solution delivery
