Director, Technology FP&A

Reddit is seeking a Director, Technology FP&A to provide strategic and value-added financial leadership in partnership with the Engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support Reddit's Engineering Organization: Partner with Engineering leadership to provide financial modeling assistance for key business decisions, prioritizing resources and investments to get the best ROI.
• Strong Thought Leadership: Bring insights from industry knowledge and business acumen to influence business leadership and drive results.
• Deliver engineering P&Ls: Own financial forecasts, annual operating plans, budget tracking, and long-range plans by partnering with various stakeholders.
• Cloud Reporting: Track and report KPIs against strategic Cloud Hosting agreements and optimize costs by working with engineers.
• Communications and Presentations: Provide strategic input for business decisions by overseeing complex financial models and preparing presentations.
• Talent and Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or similar quantitative discipline.
• 13+ years in FP&A experience with 2+ years of experience supporting cloud infrastructure and cloud cost analysis, and 5+ years of people management.
• Experience working with AWS or GCP cloud products.
• Experience working in investment banking or consulting required.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including B/S, P&L and drivers for margin.
