Mechanical Design Unit Lead II

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Unit Lead II to join our Design & Engineering team at American Honda Motor Company. As a Mechanical Design Unit Lead II, you will play a critical role in leading the design and development of mechanical systems and components for our products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of mechanical designers and engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems and components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement design standards and best practices
• Analyse and resolve design-related issues and concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
