This is an Enterprise Technology operation-based role that supports the all-new Tennessee Truck Plant where the next generation Ford Truck will be built. As a member of the Site IT team, you will assist in redefining how site IT supports manufacturing for the future of Ford's truck.
You will be in hands-on assisting and launching the plant in producing this very exciting and brand-new platform of vehicles for the NA consumer market. As part of the job responsibilities, you will interface and support IT across a broad host of Infrastructure & Applications that the plant uses to produce these exhilarating vehicles.
The successful candidate will be working with a local team to provide support that includes technical troubleshooting, data analysis & problem resolution for the applications & infrastructure on the plant floor for Battery pack and Vehicle plant.
Pre-production builds will begin in late 2027 with full production late 2028.
Responsibilities:
- Support, launch, deploy all new systems required for the plant, End user Support, Applications from quality to production.
- Support a multi-shift operation in launch mode of a greenfield manufacturing plant.
- Work flexible hours and rotating schedule to support business processes (days, nights and or weekends/holidays) This role will primarily be day shift until 2027.
- Provide technical support (Manufacturing IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, end-user-productivity tools) to plant business customers throughout the manufacturing plant
- Interface with corporate IT and business owners to prioritize improvement efforts
- Support Plant Floor Systems / PDO teams in resolving incidents; Provide triage and business continuity plans, support escalations, provide hands and feet to support teams and other global teams (i.e. DBA, Server Operations, Ops Control, Network Operations)
- Focus on the integration / long term maintenance of applications and hardware
- Assist site IT manager with managing assignments and workload
- Develop, maintain, and share, accurate support documentation
- Support local network equipment in a Cisco based environment
- Support local servers across both physical and virtual environments in a Windows and Linux based ecosystem
- Support FOT deployments and expansion efforts utilizing IIIOT, iOS, software-defined network, mobile, and Android based equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Technology related.
- We are looking for recent graduate with college projects experience or at most 3 years related-work experience. Most important, people willing to learn with excellent work ethics and with high desire to make a difference.

Salary:
This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
