At TPP, you'll be instrumental in simplifying software by driving Ford's minimum complexity vision, boosting quality and speed by enabling faster, higher-quality software delivery, optimizing programs to make vehicle execution significantly more efficient, and scaling solutions by leading cross-functional strategies for broad impact across our vehicle lineup.

This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge digital technology and automotive-grade systems, where innovation, user experience, and rapid delivery are paramount.

You will be part of a complex, cross-functional program team that spans embedded software, cloud integration, hardware interfaces, and user experience design.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the execution of cross organizational highly specified solutions across the 3.X platform roadmap, specifically in the areas of networking and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  • Program planning and execution across multiple vehicle programs and digital platforms, balancing resources, risks, and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, dependency maps, and risk mitigation plans across integrated services feature deliverables and functionality.
  • Ensure platform deliverables are executed with excellence and delivered on time.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Communicate program status, risks, and decisions clearly and effectively to executive leadership and technical teams.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program execution, quality, and velocity.
  • Provide ongoing, objective feedback to strategy, product, and engineering to support the ever-changing landscape of execution.
  • Recognize and quickly respond to the needs of a program in execution where roles and responsibilities may be unclear.
