Description
The Arbitration Associate serves as a dedicated labor law advocate and contract advisor within the Labor Affairs COE, supporting the end-to-end grievance and arbitration process for Ford's US hourly workforce.
The Associate will provide in-depth contractual interpretation and legal research, execute document discovery, and represent the Company's strategic position in dispute resolution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arbitration advocacy and case preparation support
- Evidence and document management
- Research and analysis
- Negotiations and collective bargaining support
- Precedent repository and knowledge management
- Data analytics and reporting
- System governance and training
- Labor policy advising
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, 3-5 years of experience in Labor Relations or labor law, and demonstrated expertise in grievance and arbitration procedures.
