Description
We are seeking an Inside Business Development Representative (IBDR) to join our team in Warsaw. As an IBDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from campaigns, web forms, chat, phone, and events. You will also engage with prospecting to net new target accounts using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms.
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing demand and prospecting into existing and new SMB/Mid-Market accounts to uncover opportunities, generate pipeline, and close deals across all Logitech product lines and solutions. You will nurture early-stage leads to move them through the sales funnel effectively and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, upsell and cross-sell products, negotiate contracts, and deliver accurate forecasts to consistently meet or exceed quotas.
As an IBDR, you will educate prospects on Logitech's product portfolio, including Unified Communications, video collaboration, and workspace solutions. You will articulate the value proposition of Logitech's offerings and how they address customer challenges. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to align on target accounts, campaigns, and messaging.

Key qualifications include experience in inbound/outbound prospecting or sales development, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales. You should have experience with B2B sales experience with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade business and IT leaders. You should also have hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement platforms.
