We're looking for a Team Lead Sales & Account Management to join our team in Málaga. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales and account management team for Eastern Andalucía. Your goal will be to grow our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquire new partners, and build long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a high-performing sales and account management team for Eastern Andalucía
- Growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners, and building long-term relationships
- Training and coaching the sales and account management team
- Fostering team spirit through motivational initiatives
- Managing and optimizing our existing portfolio of accounts
- Continuing to build the brand of Holidu in Eastern Andalucía
As a successful Team Lead Sales & Account Management, you will have a strong background in sales and/or account management, with a proven track record of achieving and overachieving targets. You will also have experience leading a team, with natural leadership skills and a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a very analytical and data-driven mindset. You will be a hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve.
