Description
As a National Account Manager, you will drive Red Bull's strategy and initiatives with key national accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and collaborate with multiple functional groups to achieve business objectives and goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning budgets and results at national and regional levels
- Developing productive business partnerships with senior management in assigned banner divisions and customer headquarters
- Driving best practices through excellent results and innovative solutions
You will execute short and long-term strategies aligned with Red Bull North America's objectives and standards. You will also allocate resources to strategically important customers, monitor market trends, and provide consumer and competitive information to the HQ Insights Department.
You will be responsible for executing Red Bull standards, including shelf and distribution, pricing, promotions, and presence. You will also construct annual customer marketing agreements, manage associated funds, and track trade investments to ensure the highest return on investment.
Additionally, you will establish 'wiring models' to ensure regional management is connected with specific Red Bull personnel, gather regular updates from marketing, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have a minimum of 8 years of sales and key account experience, with a strong track record of success in managing national chain businesses in grocery and/or convenience channels.
You will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to demonstrate peer leadership, and excellent communication and active listening skills. You will also have advanced strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentation, and negotiation skills.
You will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a passion for making significant contributions to the Red Bull organization through continuous process and ways of working improvement.
You will also have in-depth knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) industry.
