Description
We are seeking a skilled FBS Agile Dev Team Member V - Java Full Stack to join our team. As a member of our agile development team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in key ceremonies to drive execution, improving flow, and ensuring transparency. You will also provide guidance to junior team members, plan work via program increment and sprint planning, and demonstrate working code to product and business owners.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. You will also be responsible for conducting ongoing assessments of the current state and seeking out opportunities for improvement. This role requires a strong thirst for knowledge and a desire for continuous improvement.
