You will join the Red Bull team as a Musketeer Daytime - Sales and Marketing Specialist in Florence, Tuscany.
We're looking for a charismatic individual who can embody the Red Bull way of life. As a Musketeer, you will be the face of the brand, building genuine relations with bars, restaurants, and events to turn brand love into customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Showcase the Red Bull brand through your unique personality and build strong relationships with Italian cafes, bars, and restaurants.
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities, promoting products for daytime consumption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
- Take full responsibility for on-premise sales and marketing activities in your region, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and identifying new opportunities to win for Red Bull.
As a Musketeer, you will be expected to utilise your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for customers and Red Bull, surpassing previous marketing and sales goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, and catering is an advantage.
- Excellent social skills, being well-networked, and having established contacts in the hospitality industry and gastronomy.
- Ability to travel 90-100%.
