Job Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Intercom. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving the development of our AI-powered customer service platform.

About the Role

• Lead a team of engineers and drive the development of our AI-powered customer service platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and products
• Develop and execute technical strategies to improve the quality and reliability of our platform
• Mentor and coach engineers to help them grow in their careers

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong technical skills in areas such as machine learning, data science, and software engineering
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
