As our User Verification Team Lead, you will lead a team of User Verification (KYC) agents, ensuring we welcome our users instantly and securely, so they can start banking with us right away.
You will take ownership of managing User Verification backlogs efficiently, ensuring we always remain proactive and our users don't have to wait. You will also find gaps in our processes and propose fixes that boost our operational efficiency, making processes better for both our users and your team.

As a User Verification Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and motivating your team of User Verification Agents to reach their KPIs and grow professionally, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
