Director of Operations

We are seeking a Director of Operations to join our team in Gainesville, Florida. As a Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our emergency medicine department. This includes managing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws
