Description
As a Packaging Operator at Lamb Weston, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the packaging machinery on the production floor. Your duties will also include performing quality control checks, cleaning tasks, and troubleshooting minor issues. You will work closely with colleagues from other departments to achieve optimal results.
Your responsibilities will include setting up and controlling the packaging process, working according to established procedures and guidelines, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You will also perform routine maintenance on the machines and assist the technical team when needed.
To succeed in this role, you should be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to put in the effort required. A minimum of a MBO-2 diploma or willingness to obtain one is preferred. While experience and training are valuable, we place greater importance on your motivation and commitment.
