Description
Jeeves is seeking a Head of Global Partnerships to architect, lead, and scale its partner ecosystem across strategic regions: North America, Latin America, and EMEA. The ideal candidate will have experience building and scaling partner ecosystems, with a focus on multiple partner categories, including brokers, banks, technology integrations, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Define and scale a multi-dimensional partnerships strategy
- Expand broker and channel performance
- Pioneer new partnership categories
- Lead end-to-end partner lifecycle
- Influence and inspire internally
- Globalize best practices
Requirements:
- Multi-type channel builder with 10+ years of experience in partnerships or BD
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services
- Commercial acumen and exceptional deal-making skills
- Cross-cultural expertise and fluency in English and Portuguese
- Strategic vision and operational excellence
- Leadership and ability to build high-performing teams
