You are an accomplished IT security professional with a passion for architecting robust identity and access management solutions at scale. You will develop and maintain the organisation's enterprise IAM architecture, encompassing identity lifecycle management, access control models, and integrations with both cloud and on-premises applications. You will also oversee and guide IAM, ensuring alignment with business needs, security best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.

- Overseeing and guiding IAM
- Evaluating, selecting, and implementing IAM technologies and tools
- Collaborating closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders
- Supporting incident response activities related to identity and access

- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members

You will need a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 5 years focused on IAM architecture and solutions, relevant certifications, deep expertise in IAM concepts and protocols, hands-on experience with leading IAM technologies, strong working knowledge of cloud platforms, and experience with DevOps, automation, and identity-as-code practices.
