Global Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to oversee procurement and supply base management for Corsair PC systems, PC components, and Sim Racing products.

The successful candidate will be an individual contributor who can manage and own aspects of procurement and supply base for Corsair's products to ensure optimum cost and delivery. They will also demonstrate leadership potential and be capable of supervising team members when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and own aspects of procurement and supply base for Corsair's products
• Coordinate supplier reliability evaluations via supplier visits, analysis of cost reports, and quality system audits
• Initiate requests for information/proposal/quotation and analyze responses
• Maintain supplier scorecard with KPI's that report supplier performance
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain most favorable price, schedule, and terms and conditions
• Identify and lead life cycle cost down projects
• Track spending and cost-savings and set quarterly projections and targets
• Source new suppliers and expand existing suppliers' business scope
• Engage in contract management and negotiate business terms and conditions with suppliers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of procurement deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 7+ years of procurement and negotiation experience
• Highly successful track record in a commercial environment
• Experience working with global teams and various stakeholders
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Prior experience in the computer industry or Sim Racing industry, a plus
