Clinical Physical Therapy Team Leader

As a Clinical Physical Therapy Team Leader at Encompass Health, you will assist the Director of Therapy Operations in the day-to-day activities of a therapy team. Your responsibilities will include supervising therapists, assessing patient care needs, and ensuring effective communication across departments.

This role involves providing patient care in a licensed discipline for 80-90% of your work hours. You will also help foster a positive work environment, promote staff development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

Requirements:

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with two years of clinical experience
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certifications preferred
