Striker / Sales Representative – Wiener Neustadt Region

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Striker / Sales Representative to join our sales team in the Wiener Neustadt region.

As a Striker, you will be the face of the Red Bull brand for our trade and impulse customers. You will play a key role in driving business success by building, strengthening, and maintaining individual and sustainable relationships with decision-makers in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative measures at the point of sale in strategically important trade and impulse channels
• Build sustainable relationships with customers through competent consulting and ensure that all market opportunities are utilised
• Ensure perfect execution of the 'Red Bull Perfect Store' concept, including availability, visibility, and communication of our products
• Continuously develop and improve your sales skills through training programs and coaching

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the consumer goods sector with a focus on sales or marketing
• Experience in sales or field sales, with the ability to inspire and convince customers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and winning appearance
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Valid driver's license category B
• Ability to travel 80-90%
