Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager

As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Manager at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, you will play a critical role in optimising the end-to-end order-to-cash and fulfilment process for our skincare and cosmetics portfolio.

You will bridge the gap between internal supply chain operations and commercial teams, spanning retailers, franchises, and our own stores and digital platforms within the Wholesale Channel.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Customer Supply Chain Managers and planners
• Serving as the primary supply chain point of contact for strategic partnerships with major retailer/wholesale accounts
• Overseeing the order management and fulfilment cycle to ensure high 'On Time, In Full' (OTIF) performance
• Integrating the S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) process through collaborative planning
• Facilitating cost optimisation by identifying and implementing cost-to-serve initiatives
• Transitioning the team from transactional order processing to a proactive, value-added partnership model

Requirements:

• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
• Service mindset with a proactive approach to issues and opportunities
• Ability to build relationships and be a strong team player
• High levels of numeracy and logical reasoning
• SAP experience beneficial, but training will be provided
