Description
We are seeking a seasoned program manager with deep experience in analog and digital SoC design to join our Silicon IP Program Management Office. As a program manager, you will serve as the main customer contact for IP programs, manage project schedules and deliverables, coordinate global teams, identify and mitigate risks, report progress to stakeholders, and improve project management processes.
Key responsibilities include:

As a program manager, you will accelerate customer product launches, reduce delivery risk, enhance Synopsys' reputation, drive IP adoption, shape best practices, and mentor your team.
Requirements include:
- BSEE or equivalent, 10+ years experience
- SoC design and IC manufacturing expertise
- Strong program management skills
- Customer-facing experience
- Excellent communication and leadership
