We're looking for an ambitious Senior National Account Manager to join our EU commercial team. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and establishing strategic partnerships with our Retail partners, identifying new commercial opportunities, and negotiating best-in-class reciprocal support to bring the Tilbury magic to life online.
Key responsibilities include: Establishing and maintaining amazing and collaborative relationships at all levels within your designated accounts Conducting successful commercial negotiations on terms, pricing, distribution, online real estate, and support packages Ensuring a top-line and detailed understanding of retail context and category performance to identify retail opportunities and strategic needs Fully accountable on all net and retail sales forecasting for remit within the EU region Delivering limitless plans to maintain and drive #1 ranking in all categories Managing each account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity Working closely with Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Digital to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer Onboarding and building out bespoke launch plans for new trading partners Being a visionary and supporting the development and performance of the EU Commercial team Supporting team members with clear progression pathways
As a Senior National Account Manager, you will report directly into our Commercial Director, Europe, and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring wider teams across the EU are consistently informed of regional decisions.
We're looking for someone with extensive experience as a Senior National Account Manager or National Account Manager, ideally within the beauty/luxury/fashion industry. You should be highly numerate, target-driven, commercially savvy, and passionate about working in the beauty industry. You should also be a strong, natural people leader, motivated to see your team develop and grow.
