As the world's leading cruise line, Princess Cruises has high expectations of its team members. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all onboard culinary operations, ensuring menus are executed consistently with company standards. The successful candidate will have a degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience, with a minimum of ten years of experience in large volume hotel or culinary operations. They will be responsible for managing the Galley, ensuring product quality, and resolving passenger complaints. The Executive Chef will also be expected to mentor the Culinary team, conducting training and performance appraisals, and communicating company updates and strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseing all onboard culinary operations
- Ensuring product quality in all food outlets
- Resolving passenger complaints
- Managing the Galley
- Mentoring the Culinary team
