- Leading all major facility projects and office buildouts, managing scope, budgets, timelines, vendors, and day-to-day execution from concept through move-in
- Designing scalable systems, processes, and documentation for how we evaluate space, manage leases, run projects, and operate offices across regions
- Managing the operational details of real estate and facilities work , contracts, approvals, documentation, timelines, risks, and communications , ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Workplace, Security, People, and business leaders to align real estate decisions with broader company priorities
- Building and maintaining real estate financial models and scenarios (e.g., total cost of occupancy, capex/opex tradeoffs) to support clear, data-informed decision-making
- Communicating clearly and confidently with senior leaders and the C-suite, translating complex real estate considerations into actionable recommendations
- Continuously evolving how we approach real estate and facilities to support a fast-growing, global company , balancing speed, quality, cost, and employee experience
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of experience in active real estate or facilities management, with direct ownership of leases, negotiations, and buildout projects across domestic and international markets
- Strong fluency in real estate financials, with the ability to model, explain, and evaluate costs, tradeoffs, and risks
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail , you take things end-to-end and ensure they get finished
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, bringing structure, systems, and scalable processes to fast-moving environments while supporting a great employee experience
- Clear, thoughtful communicator and cross-functional partner, able to influence stakeholders and senior leaders without formal authority
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience supporting high-growth tech companies or startups
- Overseen real estate portfolios across multiple regions simultaneously
- Have a background in facilities operations or workplace experience
- Enjoy building templates, playbooks, dashboards, and repeatable workflows from scratch
