  • Partnering closely with Workplace / Facilities, HR, IT / InfoSec, Legal, EHS, GSOC, and office leadership to implement sensible, employee-friendly security controls.
  • Leading local incident response and follow-through, including documentation, after-action reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Supporting security planning for in-office events, leadership visits, and business travel into / out of London as needed.
  • Driving emergency preparedness, including evacuation / muster processes, tabletop exercises, and drills in coordination with Workplace.

  • Proven ability to manage vendors and guard force operations with measurable outcomes across quality, consistency, service, and cost stewardship.
  • Strong incident leadership skills, calm judgment under pressure, and high discretion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without friction and handle sensitive employee situations appropriately.
  • Business-level English, spoken and written, for global collaboration, reporting, and executive-ready communication.
