Counter Manager

We are seeking a Counter Manager to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury in Hamburg. As a Counter Manager, you will be the ultimate ambassador for the brand, leading and motivating your team to achieve sales and operational goals.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and motivating a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational objectives
• Providing coaching and support to team members to develop their skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with trade partners and senior stakeholders to ensure brand guidelines and procedures are followed
• Monitoring inventory levels and advising on stock management
• Planning and budgeting for staffing and resources
• Driving business growth and profitability through effective planning and execution
• Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and promoting brand awareness
