FBS Assoc Data Admin Analyst - Power BI Developer

We are seeking a People Analytics Analyst with strong hands-on experience sustaining and evolving Power BI dashboards in a HR/People Analytics context. This role requires operating with autonomy, troubleshooting existing complex dashboards, ensuring numerical accuracy through rigorous data-quality checks, and handling a mixed setup combining automation and controlled manual inputs. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Spanish, as the role involves close interaction with stakeholders in both the United States, India, and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance and continuous improvement of existing Power BI dashboards
• Troubleshoot complex DAX, Power Query, and data models already in place
• Support data preparation and validation using Python (basic/intermediate; AI-assisted coding when needed)
• Work with Power Automate flows and SharePoint Lists as part of the data pipeline
• Perform detailed data-quality checks and reconciliations, heavily relying on advanced Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.)
• Knowledge of analytical programming languages (Python, Power Automate, etc)
• Experience with statistical and predictive modeling
• Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Experience in HR metrics and all ecosystems
• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, or other insurance system
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory
• Strong communication skills to interact with various departments and leadership levels
