Description

The Dealership Performance and Analytics Manager will provide support for all aspects of the Porsche Business Excellence program and oversee the business management activities of Porsche Cars North America, Inc.

The role involves managing dealership financial statement submissions, developing composite and ad-hoc reports, and serving as a KPI and dealer financial performance expert.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing PCNA dealership financial statement submissions and data quality
  • Enhancing the KPI System and recommending improvements
  • Auditing monthly network composite reports and validating for publishing
  • Developing composite and ad-hoc reports at various levels
  • Automating recurring reports and data feeds
  • Training internal and field-based workforce on KPI System and dealer financial statements
  • Identifying performance issues and communicating improvements
  • Supervising field contact reporting platforms and recommending improvements
  • Interfacing with Area Network Development Managers to identify dealer financial performance deficiencies
  • Managing event planning and logistics for 20 Group meetings
  • Identifying and disseminating best business practices
  • Managing vendor relations and ensuring dealer accounting guidelines are current
  • Preparing Porsche Business Excellence retail consulting reports
  • Adapting PBE concepts to market-specific requirements
  • Creating PBE steering committee presentations and analysis
  • Developing tools and interactive reports for field teams
  • Coordinating inputs for bi-annual dealer reviews

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in dealership accounting, financial management, or business development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior analytical skills, and advanced Microsoft Office suite knowledge are required.

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000, with a discretionary performance bonus and a full suite of benefits, including paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and disability coverage.
