Product Manager - AI

You'll be responsible for a full end-to-end slice of our product, from idea to something customers use and love. You'll build and maintain a strong understanding of AI technology in the payment industry, its constraints, strengths, and weaknesses in a fast-evolving environment. You'll define a vision and roadmap for AI-driven user experiences, motivating model research and guiding product development with clear requirements. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to improve features and set strategy and priorities for teams and projects.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of AI features that drive impact
• Partner with Engineering to set strategy and priorities for teams and projects
• Define a vision and roadmap for AI-driven user experiences
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of AI technology in the payment industry
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve features

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Proven track record shipping and iterating on AI features that drive impact
• Experience with Fintech or SaaS industry
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment

Preferred skills:

• Experience with AI model training, evaluation, and iteration
• Ability to communicate clearly at different altitudes, including driving alignment with senior stakeholders
• An affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor, and get-it-done personality
