Forward Deployment Engineer

Your Role

As a Forward Deployment Engineer at Dialpad, you will be part of a team that accelerates the adoption and realization of value from Dialpad's AI platform by embedding within strategic customer accounts. You will translate complex business challenges into production-ready, high-impact Agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Business Translation and Discovery: Embed with customer stakeholders to understand their complex business problems and translate them into clear, shippable Agentic AI-powered solutions.
• The Go-To-Market Bridge: Partner with Sales, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to serve as the deep technical authority during pre-sales evaluations and post-sales deployments.
• Product Alignment and Influence: Capture common customer pain points and deliver this signal back to core Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
• AI Envisioning: Integrate Dialpad's platform with complex enterprise infrastructure and guide customers on production-grade Agentic bot builds.
• Agentic AI Design: Design and deploy complex multi-agent systems, architectures, and fine-tuned models tailored to the customer's unique data, domain, and security requirements.

Skills You'll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in a high-impact, customer-facing technical role.
• Deep expertise in the modern AI/ML stack: LLMs, Generative AI concepts, vector databases, and agent orchestration frameworks.
