As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will feel a strong sense of product ownership and actively seek responsibility. You will work in an autonomous environment on a close-knit team, with a 'startup within a startup' feel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering closely with designers and product leaders to ship lovable experiences
- Joining a team of experienced product engineers within one of our Mercury product groups, such as Banking, Experiences, Expansion, or Risk
- Balancing tradeoffs and finding creative solutions to accomplish goals
- Actively incorporating AI tools into your workflow and being excited about leveraging them to amplify your impact
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with peers and cross-functional counterparts
The ideal candidate for the role has 3-7 years of full-stack development experience, with knowledge of or excitement to learn Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux. You should empathize with users and be able to channel their perspective to build lovable products.
Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are:
- US employees (any location): $166,600 - $208,300
- Canadian employees (any location): CAD 157,400 - 196,800
