Project Leader Treasury & Payment Transactions

We are seeking an experienced finance expert to lead projects in Treasury Operations, responsible for payment transactions and back-office processes.

As a Project Leader, you will conceive, coordinate, and implement national and international projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyzing new regulatory requirements and translating them into concrete specifications for payment systems
• Troubleshooting complex errors or disruptions in payment processing
• Creating project plans, process descriptions, and cost-benefit analyses
• Collaborating with departments and external partners to develop specifications and approval templates
• Planning and coordinating releases, tests, and project controlling
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Supporting the conclusion of new cooperation agreements

Requirements:

• Completed studies in economics, computer science, or a related field, ideally with a banking-related vocational training
• Relevant professional experience in banking, project management, or a comparable finance area
• Strong analytical skills, judgment, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills, including in international contexts
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with MS Office applications and openness to new IT applications
