As an Implementation Consultant, Embedded Finance, you will play a key role in transforming new customers into power users by leading the onboarding experience for companies adopting Brex Empower. You will help them shift from outdated processes to a modern, employee-first approach. This role requires a blend of customer empathy, project management, technical expertise, process design, and change management. You will take personal ownership of your customers' long-term success and set them up thoroughly so they can be with 'Brex for life'.
As a strategic advisor, you will build trust, drive solutions with tenacity, deliver results fast, and work cross-functionally to make adoption seamless for customers. You will sit on the Implementation Team and will wire together partner ecosystems across Business Development and Product, configure complex integrations, and deliver customer experiences that genuinely delight.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation work streams for embedded services across all customer segments
- Own end-to-end implementation for embedded-only customer projects
- Partner with the BD team on net-new embedded partnership launches
- Configure embedded services in coordination with partner tech specs and Brex
- Provide consultative guidance to customers to ensure embedded tools are correctly deployed
- Maintain deep knowledge of embedded product evolution and serve as the internal authority, educating CSMs, VIP Support, and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years in SaaS implementation, integration, or technical consulting
- Familiarity with embedded finance or third-party SaaS integrations
- A natural communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, confident guidance for Brex customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environment
- Energized by ambiguity and thrive when the product is evolving and the partnership landscape is expanding
