Description
This role is a Production Assistant, reporting to the Production Stage Manager. The role is responsible for assisting with setup and strikes of Entertainment activities/events, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and completing tasks as assigned by the Production Stage Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with all setup and strikes of Entertainment activities/events as directed by the Production Stage Manager. Cleaning, maintaining, and storing all equipment after each show/event per brand procedures and checklists. Completing tasks as assigned and scheduled by the Production Stage Manager. Relaying technical or maintenance needs to the Production Stage Manager. Assisting technicians during work calls as requested by management. Ensuring the backstage and entertainment venues are prepared, cleaned, and ready for each rehearsal and performance. Facilitating any additional technical stage needs for charters and groups, as directed by the Production Stage Manager. Following checklists and guidelines to ensure safety for Performers and Presenters, guests, and shipboard staff. Complying with all health, safety, security, and environmental policies of the Company. Displaying impeccable dress sense and appearance. Performing other job-related duties as necessary.
